BB&T Lighthouse Projects in Action!

On June 11, Greenbriar West Elementary and Luther Jackson Middle Schools welcomed volunteers from local BB&T branches.  At Greenbriar the BB&T team was digging, tilling, building and planting in the school’s courtyard – making curriculum based improvements.  At Jackson, a different bank team was cataloging, labeling and shelving donated books.  More $10,000 in supplies was donated to the schools and some 200 volunteer hours valued at an addition $4,500.  Thank you BB&T for supporting FCPS!
