To provide excellent leadership in communications and outreach that will support the attainment of Fairfax County Public Schools' student achievement goals.

Every Department of Communications and Community Outreach (DCCO) staff member will work to:
  • Build positive relationships with key audiences
  • Communicate clearly and credibly with key audiences, especially in a crisis
