Report cards are provided to parents at the end of each grading period and at the end of the school year.

Date subject to change if more than three school days are lost because of inclement weather.

 

When severe weather conditions or other emergency situations have resulted in FCPS closing school for three days, none of these days will need to be made up. If FCPS is closed for four or five days, then the fourth and fifth missed day must be made up. After six or more missed days of school, every other day must be made up, see Table 1 below. Table 1 identifies which missed day of school would or would not need to be made up. Table 2 identifies School Board approved designated make-up dates.
