Print out ALL these pages, and after reading them, fill out the information and sign.
Send the first page to Wolftrap ES with the device in order to get the Device Registered. Keep all the other infomation at home for your use.
All devices used in FCPS must have been registered with the IT department prior to use.
There will be a small silver sticker attached to the device to show it has been registered.
Please keep it on; OR the instructor will not allow the device to be used in the classroom.
