Mission Statement

The mission of Walt Whitman's Department of Student Services is to provide a comprehensive program that enhances the academic, career, and personal.social development of all students. Student Services' staff will advocate for the student to reach their fullest potential and academic achievement. We will assist students, teachers, parents/guardians and the community to ensure that all students become well-adjusted young adults and develop the appropriate skills to become productive members of society.
