Student Intention Form for 2016-17SY
Parents Please fill out the Student Intentions form for the following reasons:
1. If your child is leaving before this school year ends, and not coming back to Whitman next year, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can make arrangements in advance and have the exit paperwork ready for you.
2. If your child is attending Whitman MS through the last day of school (June 23), but is not coming back to Whitman next year, please let us know by filling out the form “Student intentions form for the next school year."

The MT. Vernon HS STEM CAMP - This summer get involved in engaging, educational and fun STEM CAMPS that are now available through a partnership between FCPS and NOVA Systemic Solutions. VEX 1 July 18-22 and CYBERSEC JULY 25-29, 2016 (Both camp sessions are being held at West Potomac HS).
2016 Whitman VIP Application- What is your middle school student doing this summer? FCPS and Fairfax County Dept. NCS will be offering a 5 week Camp for Students attending Hayfield, Key,Twain, Sandburg and Whitman Middle Schools. Please complete the application below. You will notified by email of your student’s acceptance status by the week of May 30th. Space is limited.
2016 ESOL Online Summer Program in English and Spanish - Deadline Extended to Friday, June 3, 2016
Is your child receiving ESOL services? ESOL students may participate in a FREE mid-summer program to develop their academic reading and writing skills. They can work at home or in Whitman’s computer lab. The program runs from July 5-22, and requires students to participate in a daily online conference call.
