Robotics and Engineering Camp
Camp dates: weekdays Mon. July 7 – Fri. July 11
Time: 9:00—3:30

Location: Cherry Run Elementary
Campers: rising 4th, 5th, and 6th grade
students
Enrollment: A check and completed registration form presented to White Oaks Elementary School office by June 15th
Tuition: $275 (checks payable to WHITE OAKS ES)
Snack and Lunch: child should have a packed lunch and snack daily
*Transportation not provided

Highlights
· Building and programming an advanced Mindstorm robot
· Learning the history of robotics and the various uses of robots in medicine, engineering, and science
· Competing in robotic challenges
· Designing an eco-friendly house in a virtual three-dimensional environment.
· Campers will construct their “green” house based on their virtual designs
It is our objective to expose campers to the wonders
of science and the endless possibilities of technology.
