In an effort to conserve paper and manpower, Westfield High School will again open “virtually” this year(2012-2013). Below you will find all the forms that you MUST fill out, sign, and return to school. In addition, you will find optional paperwork that can be returned depending on your choices for your student.
Please type directly onto the form first, then print form, sign the form, and finally return the completed form during the Bulldog Bar-B-Q. Student’s schedules will not be released until the completed forms are returned to school. The Library will be available to type and download forms during the Bar-B-Q.
The following Four essential forms MUST be downloaded, filled out and returned during the Bulldog Bar-B-Q, or one of the alternative posted times to receive your child’s class schedule.
