ACADEMY CLASS INFORMATION

Westfield students are sometimes eligible to enroll in specialized elective courses offered through the Academies. Students take their regular academic courses (English, Math, Science, Social Studies, etc.) at Westfield and travel to the Academy site (Fairfax, Chantilly or Marshall High Schools) for the elective class. Students may drive themselves or ride Fairfax County shuttle buses.

Most courses are open only to juniors and seniors and are worth 2-credits. You must apply and be admitted to the Academy programs. If you are interested in finding out more about these courses, please see your guidance counselor. You can also visit the individual academy web sites at:
