special edition plate.
Please

and complete the application for a special edition license
plate. Mail the application and a check for $10.00 made out to
On The Rebound Bulldog Rescue and mail to Kate Mulderig, PO Box
11193, Manassas, VA 20113.
Once we have
350 pre-paid applications you will receive your special edition
license plate in the mail from the Commonwealth.
