Cap and Gowns will be distributed on the first day of rehearsal to each graduating senior who is debt free.

Debts/Fines: All outstanding obligations MUST be cleared before seniors can buy a prom ticket, receive their yearbook, cap and gown, and graduation tickets. Please contact Ms. Pat Morris at PLMorris@fcps.edu, for inquiries.
Dues: $100.00 for every senior (June 18th or summer school grad). If you have questions regarding payment, please contact Ms. Pat Morris at PLMorris@fcps.edu.
Dues cover graduation expenses including but not limited to the rental of the Patriot Center, programs, caps and gowns, diplomas and covers, and a lot more.
Graduation is Monday, June 18, 2012 at 7:30pm. Doors for parents/guests open at 6:30pm.

Prom is Friday, June 8, 2012 at Westfields Marriott. Contact Becky Rice or Kristi Williams with Prom inquiries.
Rehearsals will be on June 14th and June 15th, 2012. Rehearsals will be in the afternoon following the release of school at 2:05. Be mindful when scheduling college orientations, work schedules, trips, appointments, etc. Rehearsals are MANDATORY in order to participate at commencement on June 18th.
Rehearsal/Graduation Exemptions must be submitted in writing to Virginia Muller, graduation administrator. All graduating seniors are expected to attend graduation and rehearsals are mandatory. A signed note from the parent/guardian must be submitted to Ms. Muller to be excused from commencement exercises.

Tickets: Each graduating/participating senior will receive 8 tickets on the second day of rehearsals. There are NO extra tickets for distribution or sale. Parents/students are asked to plan accordingly and utilize neighborhood networking.
