The students of West Springfield Elementary have the opportunity to participate in the Virginia Reader’s Choice (VRC) program for the 2009-2010 school year. In order to cast their votes in Spring 2009, students must read independently, or listen to, at least 4 of the 10 nominated titles in each category. Students in grades K-2 will have all primary titles read aloud to them by the librarian and/or classroom teachers. Miss Pantel will keep a record of all VRC readers in the library.
