Registration Process and Information

**Immunization Information**

Click here to print out FCPS Registration directions (PDF Format). Follow the directions below, using the printout as a guide.

1. Log on to http://www.fcps.edu/

2. Click on the "Starting School" link located about halfway down the page under the heading "About Fairfax County Schools."

3. Click on the "Starting School for Kindergarten Parents" or "Starting School for Students New to FCPS" link.

4. Click on the "Registration Forms" link located under the "Procedures" paragraph about halfway down the page.

5. Click on "New Students Enrolling" or "Continuing FCPS Students" to print out then fill in only the following forms: (Link to Forms Page):

All Students

  • Emergency Care Card
  • Health Information
  • Home Language Survey
  • Request for Student Records (grades 1-6)
  • State Health Form (MCH-213)
  • Student Registration


The following forms will need to be printed out, filled in, and brought to the school office as well. Make sure you return to our "Registration Process and Information" webpage and click on the links to open the forms. They will open with Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you do not have it, you may download it for free from our homepage.
