2011-12 Vince Kaspar Prizes for Excellence in the Arts is program that offers recognition, including cash prizes, for poetry and fine art by high school seniors and juniors who live or study in the counties of Fairfax and Alexandria and the cities of Arlington, Falls Church, Fairfax and the town of Vienna.
