Originally from western New York State, Ms. Mathews has taught 6th grade at Waynewood since 2005. Her interests include reading, bowling, poker, and Buffalo Bills football.

Sharon Perry

Graduated from James Madison University
Mrs. Perry has been a teacher since 1987. She moved to Alexandria in 2002, and enjoys all the wonderful cultural offerings and restaurants in the area. 
She is an avid crossword solver and die-hard Redskins fan.
Mrs. Perry loves teaching the fantastic sixth-graders at Waynewood!

In addition to teaching, Mrs. Shaw loves to make jewelry, read, go to the beach, and spend time with her wonderful son and husband!
