New Student Registration and Immunization Requirements
IMMUNIZATION UPDATE:
All 5th grade students must provide the school office with medical verification that they received the Tdap booster vaccine before they are allowed to enter a 6th grade class in September. Free immunizations are available at the Health Department. Call (703)704-4203 for hours.
Todos los estudiantes de 5to grado deben proveer una prueba oficial del doctor, de que recibieron el refuerzo de la vacuna *Tdap, antes de regresar al colegio en el próximo mes de septiembre al 6to grado.
