The Fight

There once was a girl named Lady Rebecca who was tall blonde and really pretty.  She loved this one guy named Sir Matthew and he was a forceful man, but he was handsome, tan and had light brown hair.

Lady Rebecca was in town one day at the market and she bumped into Sir Matthew.  So they talked and Lady Rebecca was blushing so Sir Matthew asked a question, “Do you want  to go to the ball with me?”  And Lady Rebecca replied “Yes, please!”

The night came when Lady Rebecca and Sir Matthew were going to the ball.  When Lady Rebecca was getting ready she realized she didn’t have any makeup, so she went to her mother (the Queen) to see is she could borrow her lipstick, blush and powder.  So her mom said “only in my bathroom.”  So Lady Rebecca put the makeup and she was allowed to go to the ball at the castle!

When Lady Rebecca got there she was amazed of how Sir Matthew looked.  He had on a navy blue tunic with a fancy undershirt on with a lot of jewelry.  When the first song came up, it was a slow one, so they danced until Lady Rebecca saw Lady Alexandra (her sister) with Sir Ethan. Lady Rebecca said to Sir Matthew, “Oh, in the name of my mother” "how did Lady Alexandra get with the second handsomest gentlemen being that she was ugly and not very pretty?"

And I think you can guess what Lady Rebecca did, she went up to Lady Alexandra and said, “Oh, I can’t believe Sir Ethan invited you to go to the ball” And then Sir Ethan interrupted, “But, I thought she was beautiful”  “Oh how do you think my sister is beautiful?  She said.  I can’t believe you think she is cute” replied Lady Rebecca.  It was then a war between the sisters.  When the ball was over Sir Matthew gave Lady Rebecca a ring!

The next day each of them gathered their armies and readied them for battle.  Once their armies were ready, the two sisters went to war.  The war lasted for 15 years and in that time many thousands of knights died in battle on both sides.  Unfortunately it was Alexandra who lost the most troops and her armies became weaker and weaker.  Finally the war ended with Lady Rebecca’s army winning the final battle.

The King and Queen made a decision that Lady Alexandra had to pay consequences for her loss in battle.  They determined her punishment would be to banish her to the castle tower until the day of her execution.  Day after day, night after night Lady Alexandra wished that Sir Ethan would come and rescue her.  Sir Ethan made many attempts to free her from her cell but each plan failed. 

One night while everybody was at a ball Sir Ethan snuck up to the tower where Lady Alexandra was being held.  The knight who was supposed to be guarding her cell was not there.  He noticed a set of key on the table, thinking this was the keys to her cell he tried them all on the heavy lock of her cell. A guard was coming so Sir Ethan had to leave quickly.  Sir Ethan was heartbroken that this attempt failed.

While Lady Rebecca was enjoying tea with Sir Matthew, Lady Alexandra was working on her weaving of a cross in her cell.  The King and Queen finally made a decision that she was going to be executed.  Sir Ethan was devastated and visited her cell.  He was trying really hard to get Lady Alexandra out of her cell and finally the bars moved.  Lady Alexandra was free!

They escaped to another Kingdom and they changed their names to Ethan and Alexandria.  They hoped to blend in with people from the other kingdom and disappear because they were wanted criminals.

In the old Kingdom the Knights asked Lady Rebecca what Lady Alexandra and Sir Ethan looked like.  They searched nonstop for any sign of the two.  After 40 days they found Sir Ethan in a town market.  The Knights asked where Lady Alexandra was, but Sir Ethan didn’t tell them, so they threatened him with execution too.  This was a joke, just so they could find out where Lady Alexandra was.   Sir Ethan finally told the Knights where she was.  They found her in their house that they bought when they moved to the new Kingdom.  The Knights took Lady Alexandra back to her family’s castle for her execution where the King and Queen were waiting with Lady Rebecca and Sir Matthew.  While the executioner was getting ready, Lady Alexandria was praying to God about a good life in heaven.

Sir Ethan was really sad, but he found another woman and they got married.  He still remembers Lady Alexandra who got beheaded.

While Lady Alexandra is dead, Lady Rebecca and Sir Matthew got married and had six children!
