What's happening at Virginia Run?

On October 30, 2009, the second graders at Virginia Run ES participated in the annual "Book Character Parade," in which they dressed up as characters from their favorite books and proudly paraded around the school for other students and visitors to enjoy. Students loved telling the parade audience about their special book characters. Additional VRES teachers and staff members were caught up in the spirit of the day and wore costumes depicting their favorite characters, too.

November 20: Freedom Friday (wear red, white, & blue)

November 20: Holiday Luncheon (1st Grade Parents Welcome)
