Share of a Chair Fundraiser

Help the PTA replace 100 staff desk chairs! We have a large fundraising goal: $20,000. The expected cost of the fundraiser is $0; all funds earned go directly toward the purchase of the chairs. All we ask is that you donate an amount you feel comfortable contributing, hence the name “Share of a Chair.” Donate the entire cost of a chair or a portion of the cost; we are grateful for whatever amount you can give.

Strive for 45: Become a daily reader.

All students and future students should be reading on their own each day for 45 minutes. The brain is a muscle-it needs to work-out to grow, improve, and stay healthy.

Research out of Harvard University suggests that students who read, on average, for 45 minutes every day score in the 90th percentile on standardized tests.

Remember: Practice isn't something you do once you are good at something. Practice is what you do to get good at something! Practice your reading today and every day!
