Technology at Timber Lane

Brian Herberger and Bao Luu are the Technology team at Timber Lane. Mr. Herberger is our School Based Technology Specialist (SBTS), and Mr. Luu is our Technology Support Specialist (TSSpec). Mr. Luu comes to Timber Lane twice a week to assist with hardware, network connectivity, and server issues. At Timber Lane, Mr. Herberger works closely with teachers to assist them with the integration of technology into the curriculum. Together, Mr. Herberger and Mr. Luu work with teachers and school administrators to make Timber Lane a model Tech school.

Timber Lane offers a variety of technology software and tools for students and staff:

o Computer Lab with 22 desktops and an interactive SMARTboard
o 4-5 desktop computers in every classroom
o Interactive SMARTboard for each grade level
o LCD Projector in each classroom
o LearnStar and TurningPoint student response systems
o Mobile Cart w/16 wireless laptops
