Guidance Counselor - Lana McNulty

The Timber Lane Elementary School counseling program believes that all children can and will learn.  It encourages all children to attend school regularly.  The parents, students and staff work closely as a team to support all children.  A counseling program is developed to fit the individual needs of each student, setting goals and using a variety of resources to meet those needs.   The counselor works closely with the staff in assessing the needs of students and provides data to support the fruition of the counselor's efforts.  Staff training and parenting classes are provided in a collaborative effort for successful student growth.

The counselor's program facilitates student success in academic and career development, and personal-social development.  A respect for diversity is a basic concept of the program and a high expectation for all students is demonstrated.

My aim is to support all children in becoming productive and caring citizens of the world.
