  Incorporation of specialists -PALs music

  Implementation of Marzano Strategies

Children should learn in a safe and nurturing environment

  Faculty located throughout the building and other locations in and out of the building during  arrival and dismissal

  Teachers greet students during arrival and dismissal

  Students participate in monthly character education lessons

  Teachers and students participate in PBS- Golden Coins, Pride Paws, Golden Plate Award

  Teachers and specialists participate in a variety of committees to promote student success including SIP    Committees, CSI Committee- vertical articulation and collaboration

  Teachers develop relationships with students through personal interactions

Students are more successful if they establish positive relationships with adults

  Teachers participate in after school programs with students

  Teachers maintain relationships w/ students and their families  from previous school years

  Teachers and students connect with one another through common experiences
