STUDENT WITHDRAWAL FROM STUART HS


Parents/Guardians wishing to withdraw their student from JEB Stuart High school for moving purposes must:

  1. The Parent/Guardian must physically come to the Guidance Office
  2. Complete and Sign the Official Withdrawal Form

A student can not be withdrawn from JEB Stuart High School via email, phone call, letter, or fax. The Parent/Guardian must come to the school to complete this final step.

The student must also return all books - textbooks/library books - and pay all fees before withdrawal grades will be given. If this is not completed, the student's withdrawal grades will be held.
