J.E.B. Stuart High School is fortunate to have partnerships with two area businesses, Defense Information Systems Agency - Department of Defense (DISA) and The Analysis Corporation (TAC).

DISA provides advanced information technology and immediate communications support to the president, vice president, secretary of defense, military services, and combatant commands. DISA offers solutions and enhanced capabilities that enable our customers to make rapid decisions, using real-time information, and to turn these decisions into critical strategic, operational, and tactical actions.¹ DISA has hosted a group of our students in Fall 2008 to shadow employees for a day.

TAC has provided mission critical intelligence support and technical solutions to the U.S. Government and non-governmental clients. TAC makes important contributions in the counterterrorism (CT) and national security realm by supporting national watchlisting activities as well as other CT requirements.² TAC has established two scholarships through the J.E.B. Stuart Educational Foundation and the first recipients will be this Spring 2009. TAC has also donated computers to Stuart students in-need as well as other office equipment for our school.

Both DISA and TAC have provided volunteers for our Senior Ethics Day and we look forward to building more opportunities with DISA, TAC and other area businesses in the future.
