Scheduling Appointments & Conferences

Counselors are available to meet with students and parents during the school day.

Students are asked to schedule an appointment by doing the following:
1. Find an available time slot on their counselors’ weekly schedule (found on the clipboard in their mailboxes).
2. Sign their names in the empty time slot on the weekly schedule.
3. Ask for a pass to come back for the appointment time.
(The counselor or the guidance secretary can write a pass.)
4. Come back at the appointment time to meet with the counselor.

Parents are asked to make appointments to see their student’s counselor by calling the counselor directly or via email.

A parent is not guaranteed to see a counselor if she/he simply comes to the guidance office without an appointment. Counselors are very busy throughout the school day fulfilling other duties and will probably not be available with no advance notice.

If a parent would like to meet with a teacher, please contact the counselor to make arrangements.
