Science and Engineering Fair (SEF)
Tuesday, March 27, 2012
- What is the SLES Science and Engineering Fair?
- The Stratford Landing Science and Engineering Fair is a fun way for students to make exciting discoveries about the world around them. Students begin by researching project ideas and then choosing one that interests them. Working individually or in a group, students next learn more about their project idea and use their creative powers to define a hypothesis and design an experiment. The students' work culminates with their presentation at the inspiring SEF Parent Night. This hands-on experience gives kids the confidence that, they too, can become scientists and engineers who can understand--and change--our world.
