The Black Cultural Awareness Club is a
multicultural, multiethnic club designed to bring together students of
like interests and backgrounds. This club will be open to all interested
male and female students at South Lakes High School. The design of this
club will be to promote student success through academics, self-esteem,
positive life experiences and future planning (college/career). Student
involvement will include: academic monitoring, field trips, guest speakers,
organizing and participating in special programs, community service, and
close collaboration with the BSU and SLICE clubs. Meeting dates and location
