Biographical Information:
Ms. Ibach grew up in northern Virginia and attended Fairfax County Public Schools. Upon graduation from Oakton High School, she chose to continue her education at James Madison University where she studied social work and business. During her senior year at JMU she was responsible for assess ing parent/child relations and interviewing parents to gather information for a social history report. After graduating from JMU, she entered a counselor education program at the University of Virginia's Curry School of Education. While in Charlottesville, she interned at Waynesboro High School and Broaddus Wood Elementary School. Upon graduation with her M.Ed. in School Counseling, she returned home to Fairfax County and accepted her position at South Lakes High School.
