Social Studies Department

The mission of the Social Studies Department is to ensure that students, through the study of of history and government, understand their own society as well as others and acquire the knowledge necessary to participate in public life. While accomplishing this mission the department will use a variety of methods, including the integration of technology in the classroom, to achieve its goal.
