Mission

It is the goal of the Sangster physical education staff to provide every student with a developmentally appropriate education in the areas of health and fitness.  The students will gain a better understanding of the importance of a healthy, active lifestyle through participation in a variety of lifetime activities.

Dress Code

The following must be worn in order to participate in physical education classes:


1. Sneakers/Athletic shoes (shoe must cover the entire foot)
2. Socks
3. Pants or shorts (if wearing a dress, shorts must be worn underneath)

The following should not be worn to physical education classes:


1. Hoop earrings
2. Necklaces
3. Any type of shoe with a raised heel (e.g. boots, Crocs, Keen sandals)
4. Clothing that is excessively loose-fitting
