Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS) is offering a Middle School Summer Program for grade 7 & 8 students who have failed core subjects (English, mathematics, science, and/or social studies) or who have failed the English (reading) and/or mathematics 2009 SOL test(s).  The program will focus on literacy and numeracy to assist students in preparation for their next school year.  Space is limited.

Sandburg’s summer program dates:
August 3 through August 21, 2009,
Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 11:30am.
