SUPPLY LIST FOR 2005-2006

All Physical Education (PE) Classes

• All students (K-6) need to wear tennis shoes to every PE class.

Kindergarten

• backpack labeled w/child's name( no wheels )
• 1 package of large washable markers
• 2 boxes of 24 pack Crayola crayons
• 6 thick beginner pencils (no erasers)
• 6 glue sticks
• 1 bottle of white, liquid glue
• 4 cans of playdough
• 2 box of tissues
• 1 box of Ziploc bags (gallon size)
• 1 container of disinfecting wipes
• 2 solid color pocket folder
  (last name - am: 1 blue & 1 red)
  (last name - pm: 1 yellow & 1 purple)

Grade 1

• 1 large bottle of white Elmer's glue
• 4 large glue sticks
• 4 plastic pocket folders (2 red, 2 blue)
• 2 dozen #2 pencils
• 1 box broad tip markers
• 1 gum eraser
• 2 boxes of crayons (24 count)
• 5 composition notebooks (black & white with sewn pages)
• 1 box tissues
• 2 pair of scissors (blunt tip)
• 1 box of plastic bags (gallon size)
• 1 box of plastic bags (quart size)
• 1 Papermate black flair tip pen

Grade 2

• 1 backpack - no wheels
• 3 plastic pocket folders (1 each - blue, red, green)
• 4 composition books (black & white with sewn pages)
• 1 clipboard (81/2 x 11 inches)
• 2 boxes crayons (24 count)
• 2 pair of scissors
• 2 large erasers
• 48 #2 pencils with erasers (no mechanical pencils)
• 2 medium bottles white glue
• 4 large glue sticks
• 1 box tissues
• 1 box gallon size Ziploc bags (A-M last name)
• 1 box sandwich size Ziploc bags (N-Z last name)
• 1 black fine line felt tip marker
• 2 yellow highlighters (Immersion students only)

Music Classes Grade 3-6

• One two pocket folder with brads for music as follows:
  Grade 3 - yellow
  Grade 4 - orange
  Grade 5 - blue
  Grade 6 - black

Grade 3
