| Tech Adventure Camp | The Tech Adventure Camp is designed to give current 5, 6, & 7 grade students an opportunity to explore careers and technology as they rotate through six areas over a two week program. The courses offered at the 2009 camp are; Creating the Shot, Design Studio, Hollywood Here We Come, Invent the Future, Make the Game, and Well Fit....Well Fed . Camp will be held at the Chantilly Academy and Lee High School, July 6-17, 2009 from 9 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. each day. The cost is $400.00. The registration form and information on the camp will be sent home to all 5, 6, & 7 graders the week of April 13th. Registration can be found at FCPS CTE website. |
| AP Summer Seminar | An intensive, week-long boot camp sponsored by Chantilly, Centreville, and Westfield high school’s PTSAs, and designed for serious students. Students will work with Pre-AP teachers to learn close reading strategies, critical thinking, and research skills to better prepare them for the rigors of the Pre-AP curriculum. |
