Circulation & Overdue Policies
Books are currently checked out for three weeks, and are assessed a late fee of $.10 per school day. Overnight materials (Reference and Reserve) are assessed a late fee of $1.00 per school day. Magazines are checked out on an overnight basis and are assessed a late fee of $.10 per school day.

Letters are sent home at the end of each quarter to the parents/guardians of those students with outstanding obligations of $.50 or more. All financial obligations should be settled immediately.

You may not check out materials if:

  • You have any outstanding overdue materials
  • You owe fines of any amount .
All materials checked out to seniors are due June 2, 2009.
All materials checked out to students in Grade 7 -11 are due June 4, 2009.

Photocopies & Computer Printing Fees
All photocopies and black and white computer print-outs are 10 cents per page.  
Color computer print-outs are 25 cents per page.
