Opportunities abound to volunteer. Only a few hours of time are needed for many of the activities listed above. Updating the display case, hosting the science fair reception, writing names on certificates, or helping plan the Honor Roll breakfasts are just a few of the opportunities available. Get involved in the most important part of student life at Robinson; Academics!

__ Newsletter and Website Support Chair – publish newsletter 3 times/yr and establish and maintain website on Robinson Secondary School.

__ New Teacher Welcome – September; distribute letter of welcome to new teachers.

__ Subject Awards Pizza Party – October; help organize pizza lunch for H.S. students

__ Middle School Honor Roll Ribbons – help order, put name stickers on ribbons, 3 times/yr.

__ Freshman All-A Honor Roll Breakfasts – send out letters, purchase donuts/bagels and juice, bring to school for a.m. breakfast, 3 times/year

__ Exam Proctors – Feb. and Mar., proctor high school math and/or language exams

__ Science Fair Reception – call parents from list to bring food; attend fair and host food table; January

__ Senior Academic Letter Awards Breakfast – March; organize coffee/muffins for reception

__ Golf Tournament and Silent Auction – October; coordinate with Athletic Boosters to participate in Golf Tournament fundraiser in September—help out with our biggest fundraiser!

It takes about 4 hours per month! Contact any existing officer.
We need chairpersons to organize AND we need volunteers to help in each event!
