These are some of the activities that are supported by the Academic Booster Club!

The Jean Genovese Memorial Scholarship    The Jean Genovese Memorial Scholarships (Scholarship for Excellence in Academics and Scholarship for Academic Improvement) Graduating seniors pursuing further education at an accredited two-year or four-year college or at a trade school are eligible to apply for these scholarships, established in memory of this past president of the Academic Booster Club.

Academic Awards  Lamp of Knowledge pins are purchased for placement on Academic Letters.  Seniors who have earned Academic Letters all four years of high school are awarded special certificates.

Freshmen Honor Roll Breakfasts are held for freshmen who earn all A’s in their academic subjects.

Subject Awards are presented to sophomores and junior who earn A’s in core subjects for all four quarters and the final exam.

Boost Ticket Program  Middle school teachers and Special Education teachers are given Boost  Tickets that they use to reward students for their efforts in various areas, such as effort, citizenship and improvement.  Students exchange the tickets for an ice cream from the school cafeteria.

Science Fair  Award ribbons are purchased for the Science Fair and a reception is held to honor the participants.

ACT/SAT Practice Test  Students are given an opportunity to take ACT/SAT practice tests and to receive tests results and feedback.

Language/Math Tests   Support is provided for national language exams and middle school and high school math tests and competitions.

Meet A Professional Night (MAP Night) gives Robinson students the chance to learn about exciting career opportunities in a small-group setting (in partnership with the Robinson PTSA).
