Pulley Health Challenge for the summer: Remember breathing, stretching
and short yoga and mindfulness exercises have been shown to have many
benefits for students in school or at home. Also try other activities involving mindfulness that includes water, walks, and cool summer music.
These particular exercises can
calm and clear the mind, relieve tension and stress, increase concentration,
focus and attention span.
