Mary DeSantis has been a teacher for 35 years and a member of the PES family since 2000 as a parent, long term substitute, and a classroom teacher. She loves teaching and has taught Pre K through 8th grade as well as at the University level. She enjoys spending her free time with her husband of 26 years and her three sons, as well as reading, gardening, and cooking! |

Kelly Forsyth is excited to start her 4th year of teaching in Virginia with FCPS after teaching three years in Fauquier County, Virginia. She received her Elementary Education degree at Eastern Michigan University in 2007 and has experience with Pre-school, 1st grade, and 3rd grade. She loves playing tennis, reading, cooking, and spending time with her friends! |

Lynn Gearhart is excited to start her third year of teaching at Providence. She previously taught a 2nd/3rd grade Special Day class in Northern California where she grew up. Lynn earned her bachelors degree in early education and special education at Gonzaga University in Spokane, WA and her masters in Curriculum and Instruction at University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA. When she is not teaching, Lynn spends most of her time with her husband cheering on their San Francisco Giants. You can find her visiting her parent's ranch in CA, catching up with her older sister and twin sister, and chasing after her brand new Labrador puppy, Buster. |

Ms. Harp has been teaching for 21 years! She has taught at Providence for 4 years but was a Behavioral Specialist with Providence for 5 years. She earned her undergraduate degree from Radford University in Elementary and Special Education, an endorsement in Severe and Profound Disabilities from University of Virginia, and a Masters in Educational Leadership from University of Virginia. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her family and friends. |

Pamela Maida is starting her third year teaching 5th grade at Providence. She has previously worked at a private school in the area for five years. She received her Masters Degree in Elementary Education and her Bachelors Degree in Sociology from George Mason University. Originally from Bolivia, Pamela grew up here in Fairfax County. In her free time she enjoys spending time with friends and family, going to the movies, listening to music, watching soccer and basketball, and reading. |

Steve Panicucci is starting his first year as a teacher at Providence Elementary School. He earned his Bachelors Degree in Speech Communications at Edinboro University and his Masters Degree in Elementary Education at the University of Pittsburgh. In his spare time , Mr. Panicucci enjoys reading, disc golfing, traveling with his wife Beth, and watching any Pittsburgh sporting event. |

Kristine Parker is starting her fifth year teaching at Providence. She has a B.S. in Psychology from Coastal Carolina University and her Masters in Special Education from George Mason University. When she is not here at Providence, she keeps busy with her daughter Kasey and her son Kyle. In her free time she enjoys playing outside with her dog Roxi, going to the pool and hanging out with friends and family. |

Tiffany Sturgis is starting her first year with FCPS after previously teaching with RCPS as a 5th grade teacher. She has received her Bachelors of Science degree from Radford University in Elementary Education. In her free time she enjoys reading, playing sports, and watching a good movie. |
