Welcome to our new online Student Packet information center. We hope that this process will help facilitate parents, guardians and students in completing all the necessary forms for the start of the new school year. When students come in to pick up their 2012-2013 class schedule, we ask that all forms be submitted. Please do not forget to sign these forms. If you have any questions, please call 703-319-2700. We welcome any feedback you may have using this new procedure.

Cougar Kick-Off - August 30th 4:00 - 7:30 p.m. This year, the Oakton Student Government Association, SGA, will be hosting a kick-off event to start our school year with school spirit. This is a family event held in conjunction with our forms collection/schedule pick-up. There will be games, food vendors, and other great events that evening, including FREE entry into the Freshman and JV football games. This event is an excellent opportunity for students, parents, and the community to come out and show their support for Oakton High School. The Oakton staff and Oakton organizations will also have a variety of items available at the event in order to make it a one-stop shopping opportunity for parents.

This year, Oakton High School will not be printing the packet for all students. Instead, all forms will be available online at. Freshmen and new students to Oakton High School should bring the requested forms to orientation. Upperclassmen schedule distribution and form collection will be in the Cafeteria from 4:00 - 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, August 30th.

For all students
The following forms Must Be Turned In Signed by Parent/Guardian and student. Use either Internet Explorer or Firefox for downloading the forms.
