Visitors can learn about ancient civilizations, art and design, the natural world, and more. Try your hand at painting a virtual Greek pot, dress a Roman centurion, or visit s virtual space station. The site provides further information for parents and teachers.
http://www.factmonster.com This extensive site is a great first stop for children doing research. Visitors have access to an online atlas, almanac, encyclopedia, and dictionary. There is a homework center and a fun history search engine where visitors can find out what happened on certain dates. There are also games in the arcade.

http://www.AuntyMath.com This is a great site for math problem solving. Aunty Math has a new problem each month and there are archived problems. The child can choose the regular problem, an easier version, or a harder version.
