I have been an elementary teacher for 25 years. I love teaching 4th and 5th grade students. (Math is my favorite.) I came to Navy nine years ago and taught at Chesterbrook Elementary in McLean before that and in Pennsylvania before that. I live on the Potomac River in Harpers Ferry with my husband and two dogs (Lexi and Chloe). I don't have a cat but I like them too! We like to swim, go tubing, boat, ride bikes, go for walks, do yoga, and read. When I have time, I enjoy jigsaw puzzles and making jewelry for family presents. I like to make learning fun for my students, and, most importantly, I want them to accomplish all they can. |
