Ms. Picinich is the school psychologist at Navy Elementary School.  She attended The College of New Jersey where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.  Ms. Picinich received her Educational Specialist Degree and her Masters Degree in School Psychology from Rowan University.   She has been with Fairfax County Public Schools for five years.  Ms. Picinich loves spending time with her husband and new baby girl, dancing, and being outside as much as possible.
