Hi there! My name is Leslyn Montgomery. I have been teaching for 20 years in the states of Texas, Ohio, Kentucky, and Virginia. I have experience in working with students with Autism, Intellectually Disabled, Emotionally Disturbed, and other Behavioral Disorders. I worked at Children's Medical Center in Dallas in the Psychiatric Unit for five years.

I graduated from the University of Texas. Currently, I am involved in Autism Speaks, Autism Summit, and The Autism Society of America. Additionally, I am the Chairman of the Board for David's Farms in Virginia. I am a member of the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, as I danced in Ballet for 15 years. I enjoy reading, decorating, attending the theatre, and pets. I am married to a wonderful man and have 4 children and 12 pets. My philosophy in teaching is that working with children on the Autism Spectrum and other Developmental Disabilities is my gift in life and true passion!
