Laurie Dyer

Laurie Dyer is my teacher who was born on February 25, 1971.  She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio.  When she was a girl, she loved to play school, played piano, cello and tennis.  She helped her mom in the kitchen and her dad in the garden in her spare time.  She loves to cook for Mr. Dyer and her friends.  She loves to walk and shop, like her mother.  She hates to clean the bathrooms!  Her most important accomplishment was being nominated for Fairfax County Teacher of the Year in 2002.  She finds technology like computers, cable, and VCR to be the most interesting change in her life.  She misses her grandma.  She wants everyone to keep learning forever and love each and every day.
