Mr. Cohen grew up in Syracuse, New York and attended Syracuse University. He earned an undergraduate degree in sociology and then earned his masters degree in elementary education from LeMoyne College. Before moving to Virginia Mr. Cohen taught fifth grade for three years at Hamilton Central School in Hamilton, New York. He is very happy to be a part of the Navy Elementary community and enjoys working with the fourth graders here. In his free time Mr. Cohen enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, and playing a variety of sports. He also enjoys cheering on his favorite teams, especially the Syracuse Orange.
