Gale Databases
Eleven databases for users of all ages with information on just about anything you want to know. Databases that are of particular interest to high school students include: Literature Resource Center, Science Resource Center, Biography Resource Center and Opposing Viewpoints Resource Center.

Outstanding online multimedia resources designed for student use and to support the curriculum. JSTOR
JSTOR is a not-for-profit organization with a dual mission to create and maintain a trusted archive of important scholarly journals, and to provide access to these journals as widely as possible. JSTOR offers researchers the ability to retrieve high-resolution, scanned images of journal issues and pages as they were originally designed, printed, and illustrated. The journals archived in JSTOR span many disciplines.
Proquest Historical Newspapers Timeline and Search
One database that can be used to search national, international and historical newspapers, including the New York Times since 1857 and the Wall Street Journal since 1899, and the Washington Post since 1877.
