Parent Councils are the mechanism for parents to organize the fundraising activities to support their students' senior year All Night Graduation Party. The parents meet regularly and work closely with the Subschool Administrator and the Class Sponsors to ensure that this is a successful event for the students. Traditionally, the Junior Class Parent Council also hosts the reception for the Senior Class Baccalaureate or Inter-faith Ceremony.

All Parent Council Meetings are held at 7:00pm on the second Wednesday of each month in the locations listed below:

• Class of 2009 (Seniors) - Bratten Hall, G-100
• Class of 2010 (Juniors) - Bratten Hall, G-100 Stage Side
• Class of 2011 (Sophomores) - H101
• Class of 2012 (Freshmen) - Subschool 1
