Dear Parents,

The staff and I welcome each of you to Mount Eagle Elementary School!  With your children as our link, we will spend the year together, growing and learning, laughing and celebrating, planning and communicating.  We look forward to an exciting and rewarding year together!

We are excited about working with the PTO, our school partners, and the community at large to help provide our students with the best possible opportunity to excel academically and personally.

Our school theme this year is "None of us is as smart as all of us."  This collective intelligence approach encourages both adults and children to share their strengths with each other. By communicating and collaborating, we will create a community of learners who constantly strives for social, physical, and academic excellence. Our expectation is that all of the students here at Mount Eagle will go on to pursue post high school higher education. This goal can be a reality because all staff members have high expectations of the students, the parents, and of themselves.
