Future Business Leaders of America-Phi Beta Lambda is a nonprofit 501 (c)(3) education association of students preparing for careers in business and business-related fields. The Association has four divisions:
- FBLA for high school students
- FBLA Middle Level for junior high, middle and intermediate school students
- PBL for postsecondary students
And the Professional Alumni Division for business people, educators and parents, who support the goals of the
Association. FBLA-PBL provides innovative leadership development programs to bring business and education together
in a positive working relationship.
George C. Marshall High School’s FBLA chapter was chartered on May 27, 1964 and continues to operate as an
organization that is student initiated and student run from the beginning to the end. Nevertheless, the advisors
play a vital role in guiding and helping with not only the administrative and logistical planning but also in advising,
and counseling. Our membership was at an all-time high reaching 111 members this year. We are constantly striving
to be innovative and to always exceed in our goals that we set every year.
