Join Cyber Patriot July 8th-12th as founder and CTO, Ryan Walters, of TerraWi combines with forensics expert, Rodney Caudle, and world renown Linux expert, Orlando Padilla, to teach a Cyber 101 course. Designed to inform and sharpen basic Cyber Security skills, this week will be filled with hands-on training for an unforgettable learning experience. Marshall Academy's teams "Flying Bacon" (left) and "____ Invaders" (right) were awarded 2nd and 3rd place respectively at CyberPatriot V - the National High School Cyber Defense Competition on March 16th at the Gaylord National Convention Center in National Harbor, Maryland. Our teams were recognized for their talents after 4 rounds of rigorous competition over the past several months, from a pool of over 500 teams from around the country. CyberPatriot is the premiere national high school cyber defense competition created by the Air Force Association to inspire high school students toward careers in cybersecurity or other science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) disciplines critical to our nation’s future. Congratulations to Marshall Academy students on their Gold and Silver medal wins awarded to them at the District SkillsUSA Competition held on January 29th. Gold Medal winners are eligible to compete at the state competition April 19th-20th in Roanoke, Virginia.
